Join Black and Pink Milwaukee as we discuss the history of the criminalization of self-defense from intimate partner violence in honor of domestic violence month. During this event, we will study the ways that people have survived life-threatening violence and were in turn punished and learn ways to support people who are currently incarcerated for acts of self-defense.
